Property law issues are usually vitally important and can be worth significant value to you. Our litigation experience means that we have seen firsthand what happens when people receive poor (or no) advice.

In a recent decision before the New South Wales District Court, we successfully defended a claim brought by a Neighbourhood Plan for payment of alleged outstanding levies. The decision turned on the correct construction of the Community Land Development Act 1989 (NSW).

A copy of the decision can be found here.

Our wealth of experience means that we will be able to effectively and diligently guide you through your matter from start to finish.
